Three-room village house of 70m² on a 460m² plot right in the heart of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Just a few steps from the local shops this village offers, such as a small supermarket, Picard, a hairdresser, a florist, a bakery… and the Provençal market held on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, you couldn't be closer to the town center. There is also a bus stop just a few steps from the apartment.
Located in a very quiet dead-end street, this house features an independent, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. You will also find dishes, utensils, and appliances such as a filter coffee maker and a kettle. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the covered outdoor terrace to dine outside and enjoy the pleasant temperatures of our beautiful region.
The living room includes a dining table, a sofa, a television, and a piano. The rounded lounge offers a stunning view of the Villefranche harbor.
The master bedroom has a double bed with built-in storage. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a vanity unit with a mirror. The toilet is separate. At the back of the house, you will also find a small room with a washing machine and a barbecue. The house is surrounded by a pleasant and peaceful garden.

Villefranche-sur-Mer is the perfect middle ground between Nice and Monaco. This “village” atmosphere offers peace and several aquatic and cultural activities.
